The Contact Center Specialist Level 1 will provide excellent customer service while responding to inbound calls from borrowers and financial institutions as well as perform outbound calls to insurance companies and agencies to verify insurance information.Mon- Fri 12pm-9pm CST
Essential Job Functions
· Quickly analyze account history on a proprietary computer system and provide accurate information to assist in one-call resolution
· Perform insurance verifications via outbound calls and the internet
· Meet individual and team performance standards while maintaining good attendance and dependability
· Show courtesy and professionalism on all calls to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications
· Strong customer service orientation with active listening skills and a high attention to detail
· Professional verbal and written skills
· Ability to solve routine problems using established procedures
· Ability to type a minimum of 25WPM
· Intermediate computer skills
Education/Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum one year of customer service experience
· Prior experience with auto insurance or collateral protection insurance a plus
