What’s on offer?

An opportunity has now presented for a Civil Supervisor to join our South-East Queensland Civil Construction team within Infrastructure Services.  As a key member of the project team, you will have the ability to build strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders, whilst working collaboratively across a diverse and complex environment. You will be resilient, adaptable and someone who is comfortable making decisions and taking initiative. A dedicated leader, and one who priorities safety for all, you will commit to high productivity and ensure that project planning, resources, budgets and timelines are on successfully met.

As a seasoned Supervisor with solid experience in Civil Construction, you will have proven commitment to safety and strong leadership qualities. You will encourage and celebrate positive outcomes, while fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability and continuous improvement. Excellent ability to understand and interpret project and client specific requirements, and strong financial and commercial acumen will be required. As will, demonstrated ability to understand costings, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management and project controls. Finally, you will have well-developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. 

This position will require demonstrated TMR experience and will require working away from home.
