As a Senior Quality Manager in our Quality & Excellence team uncover the root causes behind every single error, drive transformational improvements, and implement forward-thinking solutions to ensure our products exceed the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Utilize expert

knowledge of AEC-Q100 standards to plan and execute effective and efficient

automotive product qualification activities. Drive risk

assessments and support decision-making related to risk acceptance and release. Utilize

quality reporting to identify and implement targeted measures required to

achieve quality objectives. Drive

continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance quality standards. Collaborate

closely with development teams and production sites worldwide. Support the

fulfillment of ISO 26262 Functional Safety requirements for customers. Manage

information and documentation related to product quality, including customer

quality inquiries and qualification documents through Sales and Marketing

channels. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's

degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mechatronics, Material

Science, or a related discipline. More than 8

years of relevant professional experience in semiconductor and/or automotive

quality-related roles. Strong

expertise in automotive quality culture and the zero-defect approach. Comprehensive

knowledge of quality management systems, standards, processes, and

methodologies, supported by semiconductor industry expertise. Thorough

understanding of requirements management. Demonstrated

willingness to set ambitious goals, take calculated risks, and manage risks

proactively. Excellent
