This position is a Direct Hire role that is a long-term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.
Job Qualifications:

4–5 years of experience as a Pump Mechanic, Pump Technician, Millwright, or similar mechanical repair position.

Hands-on experience with industrial pump assembly and disassembly.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and assembly drawings.

Experience installing bearings, mechanical seals, shafts, sleeves, and impellers.

Proficiency using precision measuring tools, including:
-
Calipers
-
Micrometers
-
Dial indicators
-
Feeler gauges
-
-
Experience performing clearance measurements and verifying mechanical tolerances.
-
Understanding of mechanical fits, alignments, and rotating equipment components.
-
Ability to identify mechanical wear, damage, and component defects.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
