Description
You’re the missing piece at First Landing Auto Care!
When we started our first shop over twenty years ago, we did it with a simple mission: do right by the car and even better by the customer. Today, as we build out our third location, we’re looking for a technician who takes as much pride in the craft as we do.
At First Landing Auto Care, we aren’t just a shop; we’re a family of ASE-certified pros who believe that if you’re going to do a job, you do it right—no guessing, no shortcuts, just brutal honesty and expert skill.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
We know what a tech’s life is like, so we’ve built an environment that actually respects your hard work:
- Beat the Heat: Every one of our facilities is fully air-conditioned. Stay cool while you work.
- Reclaim Your Weekends: We work a 5-day week (Mon–Fri). Your Saturdays and Sundays belong to you and your family.
- Top-Tier Tech: We don't skimp on tools. You’ll have access to Snap-On, Autel, and Launch scan tools, plus nine brands of programming.
- The Best Equipment: We just installed a brand-new alignment system with full ADAS capability in its own dedicated, air-conditioned building.
The Numbers & Benefits:
- We believe in rewarding production and providing security.
- Progressive Flat Rate: Certified techs start around $35/hour (at 35 hours produced), with rates increasing as you produce more.
- Reliable Income: We provide an hour guarantee every week, though most of our team regularly hits 45+ hours.
- Your Future Matters: 401k with company matching, health insurance (we cover 50% of the individual), dental, and AFLAC.
- Time to Recharge: Generous vacation, sick, and personal time off.
What We’re Looking For:
Whether it’s a standard state inspection or a "steering wheel shimmies only when passing the winery on Shore Drive" mystery, you’re the type of tech who enjoys the challenge. You value growth, you’re committed to your ASE certifications, and you treat every car with the same level of care.
Ready to join a team that actually invests in you?
We’d love to have you stop by the shop, see the new ADAS setup, and meet the crew.
Job Type: Full Time.
