About the Role:
Responsible for leading a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure product security, develop and implement training and awareness programs, and manage cybersecurity metrics. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the product development lifecycle, staying updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats, and fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization.
Oversee a team of cybersecurity professionals focused on ensuring the security of our products.
Develop and implement training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
Monitor and report on cybersecurity metrics to track the effectiveness of security initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the product development lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to proactively address potential risks.
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology or related field (preferred)
3-5 — Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (Preferred)
4-7 — Information or Cybersecurity experience across multiple domains (Preferred)
Proven experience in a cybersecurity leadership role.
Strong understanding of product security, cybersecurity training, and metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team management and motivational skills
Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in cybersecurity.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies
Governance, risk, and compliance experience

The pay range for this role is $116,647.72 - $140,000.00.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
Primary Location: Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s).
