Job Description:
In the role of Agency Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting field, management and Agents with policy production, collection of outstanding items including, including those necessary for the cancellation process, but not limited to, EZ Jackets, search fees and occasional training. Enhance the customer experience for both internal and external customers.
Sone of the daily responsibilities may include:
- Responsible for assisting Agency with policy production within the ORT offices.
- Send reports to the field and management and assist with collection of non-remitted policies, outstanding receivables, escrow reconciliations, weekly escrow shortages, E&O policies, Professional Liability Policies and Bonds, EZ Jackets, inventory, premium, search fees, order counts and write-offs and other items directed by management.
- Assist with the resolution of matters relating to Agencies cancelled for cause, i.e. defalcations and similar issues.
- Support Agency Account Managers and Management with updated information on a regular basis.
- Run various reports on a regular basis and send to Account Managers and Managements.
- Support policy typing departments in other ORT branches as needed.
In this role, you will need to:
- Have the ability to work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company.
- Regular consistent attendance is required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.
KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE required to be successful:
- Knowledge of real estate closings highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and title industry closing software.
