  • Oversee the delivery of complex analyses, reporting, dashboards, scorecards, performance measurement solutions, and executive-level insights while ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to analytics standards and best practices.
  • Lead work intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery coordination, effectively managing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive data governance, data quality, documentation, and continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and reusable analytics solutions that improve efficiency and scalability. Collaborate and support AI First analytical initiatives.
  • Lead data quality investigations and root cause analysis, MORs, MBRs, and executive reporting, communicating insights, recommendations, and business performance metrics to diverse audiences.
  • Mentor and develop analysts through coaching, knowledge sharing, deliverable reviews, and best-practice guidance while fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Maintain strong business, technical, and domain expertise while remaining hands-on and supporting strategic cross-functional initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
