What is the Role?

We’re looking for an Account Manager who loves a great campaign and the metrics that prove it. As the go-to contact for key clients, you’ll lead campaigns from kickoff to final reporting, keeping multiple projects moving and turning performance data into actionable insights. You’re equal parts relationship builder, organized multitasker, and analytical thinker, with sharp communication skills, deep social media expertise, and a knack for spotting the story behind the numbers. If spreadsheets and social feeds both have your attention, you’ll fit right into our fast-paced, fun, and collaborative team.

Location: NYC Hybrid [3x Days/Week In Office]

Reports To: Head of Account Management

What Does Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

• Serve as the primary lead for multifaceted campaigns, keeping internal teams aligned and clients informed from kickoff through reporting.
• Own timelines, deliverables, client updates and status meetings. You’re the glue that keeps every moving piece on track!
• Prepare and lead client kickoff calls, clearly outlining the workflow, responsibilities and execution process.
• Coordinate with talent and creative teams to keep deliverables on-brief, on time and moving smoothly through content reviews, approvals and posting.
• Partner with IF7’s portfolio publishers to coordinate campaign execution, align on deliverables and keep everything on schedule from concept through launch.
• Lead post-campaign reporting, digging into social performance data to turn metrics into clear insights, actionable learnings and compelling stories.
• Contribute to client pitches through thoughtful ideas, talent recommendations, strategy and deck development.
• Bring your social media and talent expertise, curiosity, and eye for trends to help IF7 stay one scroll ahead of the trends.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• You bring 1–2 years of account management or client services experience, ideally at an agency.
• You’re a strong project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns and keep every detail on track.
• You love digging into metrics, spotting patterns and turning campaign results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• You’re highly organized and detail oriented, with a knack for keeping documentation current and everyone aligned.
• You’ve worked cross-functionally with talent, creative, paid media and production teams.
• You’re just as comfortable digging into an Excel spreadsheet as you are building a compelling deck in Canva.
• You love social media and naturally keep up with emerging creators, platform trends and what makes people stop scrolling.
