Description
Prepare customer price change documentation and communications within established timelines. Coordinate pricing requests for product transitions, end-of-life items, price changes, clearance orders, and other updates to pricing conditions. Secure required RGM and Finance approvals before submitting approved pricing conditions to ADT for loading in SP7. Maintain customer-specific pricing requirements, the Canada Price List for Grocery and Food Service, and the Master Customer Price List. Complete customer listing forms for new products, update customer portals, and publish applicable listings through GS1 Canada. Monitor and update PMR daily, identify items blocked by pricing discrepancies, and provide clear follow-up actions to B2B and/or Key Account Managers. Partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to anticipate and coordinate transitions, end-of-life items, innovations, and price changes. Investigate and validate deductions related to pricing discrepancies and support timely issue resolution. Provide internal stakeholders with sales data, pricing information, and recurring or ad hoc reports. Coordinate confirmed Liquor Board price updates and support the development of efficient promotional pricing processes with Finance and relevant stakeholders. College diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, supply chain, or a related field. One to three years of experience in pricing, sales coordination, customer service, finance, or commercial operations; experience in consumer-packaged goods, grocery, food service, or beverage alcohol is an asset. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, lookups, pivot tables, and reporting. Experience with ERP, pricing, customer portal, or product-listing systems; familiarity with GS1 Canada, SP7, PMR, or similar platforms is an asset. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, organization, and time management, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving pricing discrepancies and deductions. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Sales, RGM, Finance, Key Account Management, B2B, and other functions. Proactive approach to identifying issues, following up, and driving timely resolution while respecting approval processes and documentation requirements. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a strong asset for supporting customers and stakeholders across Canada.
