Education

• University student pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field.

Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of tax matters, including Income Tax and Value Added Tax (VAT).
• Basic accounting knowledge.

Experience

• No previous work experience required.

Required Language

• Spanish.

• No travel required.

Job Description:

• Prepare documentation and compliance reports related to the DIOT (Statement of Operations with Third Parties).
• Review and clarify discrepancies related to payments and collections with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams.
• Provide support with document uploads to U4.
• Review invoices through the Basware system.
• Follow up on cancelled invoices from vendors.
• Prepare and analyze electronic invoice reports.
