Job Description Summary:

Our EVS Tech I is responsible for maintaining hospital facilities in a clean, sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition. This role is essential for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.   Hours of Shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am  Weekends: Every other FTE: 1.0

Job Description:

Experience: - Previous experience in institutional and/or commercial housekeeping is preferred. - Familiarity with waxing and stripping floors is also preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Working Conditions: - Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical functions. - Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds is required. - Physical demands include repetitive hand motions, walking, standing, and reaching above the head. - Potential exposure to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and body fluids. - Occasional exposure to varying temperatures (heat and cold) and humidity, as well as biological hazards. - Frequent exposure to chemicals, dirt, oil, grease, noise, odors, wet slippery floors, and working independently.

Pay Transparency

$15.50 - $21.44

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
