Description
The CFO will lead the Group’s finance and company secretarial functions, with the primary mandate of driving capital-raising and corporate exercises to fund the Company’s growth strategy. The role also carries full ownership of listed company compliance, governance, and audit matters, and will play a lead role in originating and executing M&A opportunities. The CFO will report directly to the Group CEO and will be a key face of the Company to the investment community.
