Head of Warehousing (m/f/x)

We are looking for you to join our logistics center in Weil am Rhein as soon as possible as a Head of Warehousing (m/f/x).

Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the operational management and continuous development of the warehouse
• Management of all warehouse processes, from goods receipt, put-away and order picking to packing and dispatch
• Planning and management of staffing, capacity, warehouse space and shift schedules
• Leading, motivating and developing the warehouse team
• Responsibility for inventory accuracy, stocktaking and relevant warehouse KPIs
• Ensuring productivity, quality, efficiency, workplace safety and adherence to process standards
• Continuously improving warehouse processes, automation and other improvement initiatives
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and active contribution to the development of the logistics strategy

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in warehouse management or logistics, ideally with leadership experience
• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications in logistics; a university degree is a plus
• Strong knowledge of warehouse organisation, material flow and process optimisation
• Proven experience in leading larger teams, including Team Leads
• Confident use of WMS, ERP and logistics systems, as well as good MS Office/Excel skills
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills, combined with a high level of accountability and assertiveness
• Technical understanding, a structured and solution-oriented approach, and a hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and business-fluent English
