As a Sourcing Specialist, you will support sourcing operations through process ownership, continuous improvement initiatives, and project execution. You will collaborate with sourcing teams and business stakeholders to enhance processes, improve operational effectiveness, and drive impactful sourcing outcomes.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will leverage your sourcing expertise, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills to improve sourcing processes and operational performance. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, support sourcing initiatives, and contribute to projects that deliver measurable business results.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Owning and supporting sourcing-related ERP systems, processes, and tools to drive operational excellence.
• Reviewing existing sourcing procedures and identifying opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Developing and implementing proposals to improve sourcing approaches, methods, procedures, and workflows.
• Supporting special sourcing initiatives and operational improvement projects.
• Collaborating with sourcing teams and business stakeholders to coordinate sourcing activities and deliver effective solutions.
• Handling communication with direct colleagues and business partners regarding sourcing processes, improvements, and project deliverables.
• Contributing as an active team member on sourcing projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Supporting the execution of work plans and projects with timelines typically ranging from one to three months.
• Monitoring project outcomes and ensuring results are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Promoting best practices and operational efficiencies across sourcing activities.

 

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have 4–6 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Demonstrate experience working with sourcing systems, ERP platforms, and sourcing processes.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Demonstrate experience supporting projects and driving operational initiatives.
• Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
