Description
We’re looking for a People Team Specialist who is curious and eager to keep learning. You’ll contribute to employee experience initiatives, collaborate with global & local colleagues, and take care of the details that turn plans into reality. The role will report to GF Türkiye People Team Director.
What you’ll work on:
Your projects will span at least two of these areas: Learning & Development, Recruiting & Onboarding, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management. You’ll bring experience in some areas and the curiosity to grow across others.
What you’ll bring:
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the six areas above, including at least 3 years of experience in one of them.
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Advanced English: you can participate confidently in global meetings and handle written communication independently.
- Based in Çerkezköy or Çorlu, with the flexibility to work from our Istanbul office when business or team needs require.
- A willingness and ability to use AI tools in your work. You can talk us through something you’ve tried, what worked, and what you would improve. You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you do need to be keen to learn and use it well.
You will:
- Work with local stakeholders and global teams to deliver people initiatives that fit both business needs and global ways of working.
- Help improve the employee and candidate experience, from the first interaction through development and growth.
- Keep day-to-day HR work moving: system records, documentation, reporting, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up.
- Spot processes that could work better and take ownership of improving them.
You’ll enjoy this role if you’re comfortable moving between ideas and execution: discussing an employee experience initiative with a global team, then making sure implementing the next steps.
