Looking for Global Workday SME, Experience in Mergers & Acquisition & Core HR.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the global SME for People Systems and Workday-related activities supporting M&A and divestment projects.
  • Partner with Program and project managers, People function M&A, People Innovation & Experience, People Business Services, IT, Finance, Real Estate and external vendors to translate project objectives into end-to-end people system solutions.
  • Gather, analyze and validate business requirements, business processes, security requirements and data needs for M&A and divestment programs.
  • Lead solution design, testing, deployment and stabilization activities for acquisitions, integrations and separations.
  • Coordinate employee, organizational and position data migration activities, including data validation, transformation and loading into Workday.
  • Manage dependencies across the People Technology landscape, including Workday, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment, People Portal, Reporting and integrations.
  • Ensure alignment across People Technology team, regional teams and project stakeholders.
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance to regional counterparts and operational teams.
  • Drive process standardization, governance and adoption of People Systems best practices within M&A and Core HR solutions.
  • Contribute to the People Technology roadmap and strategic transformation initiatives within Core HR Solutions.
  • Identify, prioritize and deliver continuous improvements that increase efficiency, quality and user experience for M&A and core HR.
  • Support issue resolution, root-cause analysis and implementation of sustainable corrective actions.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, compliance, controls and audit readiness across supported solutions.


Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development or equivalent.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
