The ideal candidate enjoys working hands-on with advanced manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting production challenges, and helping scale new products from early production into full manufacturing. This position requires someone who can work independently on 2nd shift, communicate effectively across teams, and operate comfortably in an environment where processes continue to evolve and improve.

This position is a 3rd shift role (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM) and includes a 10% shift differential.

  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes and procedures continue to develop.

What Will Make You Successful
