Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Badge Validation in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control functions, assist visitors and staff with professionalism, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, documenting visitor activity and reporting access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicating observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
