Your Responsibilities

As a Dental Hygienist, you'll help patients maintain healthy smiles through preventive care, patient education, and collaboration with our dental team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and periodontal maintenance
• Assess patients' oral health and identify potential concerns
• Take digital dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and periodontal health
• Communicate clinical findings and treatment recommendations to the dentist
• Collaborate with doctors and other team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Build trusting relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable during appointments
• Promote long-term oral health through individualized patient education

What We're Looking For

• Active Iowa Dental Hygienist license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to quality patient care and preventive dentistry
• Ability to educate patients and build positive relationships
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Passion for helping patients improve and maintain their oral health
