Business Analyst KYC Consultant

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - KYC for a consultancy mission at their Transformation Office in Brussels. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on-site with the client, contributing to their KYC front-end application within a dynamic squad.Responsibilities:

• Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, IT teams, testers, and other subject matter experts to develop domain knowledge and foster reuse across projects.
• Analyze and design new business processes, identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Work with project managers and architects to define metrics and performance goals for applications.
• Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to designers, ensuring clear understanding.
• Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Actively manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
• Participate in quality management reviews of designs, prototypes, and requirements work products.
• Plan and execute the business analysis requirements management strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with internal and external development and technology delivery organizations to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience as a business analyst in KYC (IT project context required).
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Good understanding of IT and testing.
• Experience with requirements management.
• Good understanding of workflow processes.
• Strong IT conceptual and technical affinity.
• Experience in a scaled agile environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in mockup design and user flow design.
• SQL querying.
• High-level knowledge of IT concepts: API, endpoint, swaggers, HLAM, front-end vs backend developments.
• Previous experience within a banking environment is a plus.

Work Arrangement:
