The VIG is getting ready to open the doors to our newest location in Paradise Valley, and we are looking for energetic, passionate, and hospitality-driven individuals to join us!

If you love great food, great drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cocktails, pour beers, and recommend drinks quickly and accurately.

• Serves as the high-energy focal point of the tavern, crafting drinks, serving food at the bar, and building relationships with regulars.
• Provide full-service food and beverage dining to bar guests.
• Maintain bar inventory, prepare garnishes, and restock ice/beer.
• Verify guest identification and strictly enforce responsible alcohol service.

• Keep the bar area, glassware, and taps clean and sanitized.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of being a bartender in full service restaurant 

• Minimum age is 21

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, balancing and carrying heavy trays

• Authorized to work in the US
