- Work hands-on across different departments, including the deli, grocery, and fuel services.
- Step in to solve customer concerns with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Manage scheduling, training, and ongoing team development.
- Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and community pride in the store.
- Assist with financial duties like cash handling and reporting.
