About the Role

At BOQ Group, we're reshaping the future of Business Banking and are seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Senior Manager, Product Enablement & Delivery.

This newly evolved leadership role sits at the heart of the Business Bank Product Domain and exists to build, enable and optimise how Business Banking operates at scale. Working across capability, systems, policy, governance, risk and delivery, you'll lead the functions that create efficiency, consistency and execution excellence across the division. You won't simply maintain existing frameworks. You'll challenge them. Bringing proven expertise from financial services, you'll identify opportunities to simplify, modernise and elevate the way we operate, helping shift the business to a more strategic, commercially focused and future-ready model. Partnering with senior leaders across Product, Risk, Operations, Technology and Distribution, you'll lead teams responsible for assurance, regulatory oversight, business management and delivery while driving initiatives that improve productivity, strengthen controls and create better outcomes for customers and bankers alike.

About You

You're an energetic and forward-thinking leader who thrives on improving businesses and challenging the status quo. You bring significant experience from financial services, ideally within commercial or business banking environments, and have built a reputation for delivering meaningful transformation, operational excellence and sustainable business outcomes. A natural critical thinker and problem solver, you're able to navigate complexity, identify root causes and develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and performance. You're a leader of leaders who knows how to bring people on the journey, build high-performing teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. Combining strategic thinking with strong execution capability, you're comfortable balancing commercial outcomes with risk and regulatory obligations. Most importantly, you're passionate about creating better ways of working, introducing contemporary practices and helping organisations reach their full potential.
