  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, scorecards, reporting solutions, and visualizations that communicate business performance and key insights to leadership teams and stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Analytics Hub to support data quality, reporting consistency, governance, automation, process improvement, self-service analytics, and standardization of metrics and business definitions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, economics, analytics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools to present, summarize, and manipulate data, including tables, charts, and graphs.
  • Proven ability to tell the story with data and present findings to senior leaders, managers/supervisors, and team members.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commitment to high standards of data accuracy and visualization consistency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple changing priorities, seek varied input, and identify creative solutions that challenge the status quo.
