Greenridge Estates is a family-owned Assisted Living Community located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CAREGIVER
We are looking for Caregivers who are dependable, respectful, friendly, and compassionate to assist our residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CAREGIVERS
Caregivers are responsible for assisting our residents with all ADLs, which may include assisting with dressing/undressing, personal laundry, reminders, safety checks, using the restroom, personal hygiene needs, showering, transfers, and all other needs as stated in a resident's Care Plan. Caregivers are also responsible for assisting residents during an emergency, up to and including safe evacuation of the community.
SHIFTS FOR CAREGIVERS
- Mornings 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Evenings 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Nights 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekend shifts.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, aid in resident transfers, walk/stand 80% or more of shifts, and respond to all resident and emergency needs quickly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
