Our private practice is a fun, busy, and productive PPO and Fee for Service General Dental practice. We strive for incredible VIP patient care, continued growth and leadership in every position. 

Our team is dynamic, hard working, great communicators and looking to add that next addition to what we’re creating. We are looking to find the best addition to join our front desk dental team office that fits both culturally and with experience!

Job Expectations, including but not limited to:

• Checking in and and checking out patients - Greeting patient with a smile!
• Answering the phone, support in scheduling both doctor and hygiene schedules
• Patient engagement and resolution when it comes to billing questions
• Some treatment presentation, creation of accurate financial arrangements
• Insurance verification
• Support in filling holes in the schedule
• Collecting over the counter patient balances and co-payments
• Manage the hygiene schedule, Recare Reactivation program

Two or more years of experience in the dental field required. Dentrix is a plus. Front desk experience is a plus.
