Back of House Closing Team Member

Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is seeking dependable and enthusiastic Closing Back of House (BOH) Team Members to support our kitchen operations and ensure each day ends with excellence. BOH Team Members play a critical role in preparing high-quality food while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including dishwashing and surface sanitation
• Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and effective operations
• Support an exceptional guest experience by upholding Chick-fil-A values from the back of house
• Assit with closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and kitchen reset

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance (evening, weekend, and holiday availability required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong accountability and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required

Pay Range: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
