Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admission Advisor to join our team at ACLM. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in admission counseling, with excellent command over spoken and written English. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students throughout their admission journey for courses offered directly by ACLM and in collaboration with reputed third-party institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student enquiries (online, walk-ins, phone calls) in a professional manner.

Provide accurate and updated information about various programs, admission procedures, fee structures, and career opportunities.

Counsel students and parents on career-oriented courses based on their interests, qualifications, and background.

Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and enrolled students using CRM or Excel sheets.

Coordinate with internal departments and third-party institutions for admission process, documentation, and student onboarding.

Take part in admission campaigns, webinars, seminars, and promotional events as required.

Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admission counseling or educational sales.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Hindi or other regional language proficiency is a plus.

Ability to convince and guide students/parents effectively.

Good understanding of various academic programs, certifications, and career paths.

Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and email communication.

Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Professional, ethical, and student-centric approach to counseling.
