Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overseeing all Foreman/Lead Person and ensuring they are properly trained and able to manage their crew accordingly including completing all required paperwork.
- Responsible for job scheduling and crew placement.
- Attend pre-construction meetings as needed.
- Visit job sites and ensure that Foreman/Lead Person is meeting all job requirements up to and including following plans and specs, ensure quality control, following all company safety policies, recording proper job time, etc.
- Responsible for any required Foreman/Lead Person disciplinary action and available to support Forman in disciplinary action of other field employees.
- Be familiar with the Company Handbook, Fleet Policy and Safety Policy and oversee adherence of all company policies and procedures.
- Be proficient in Foreman/Lead Person Job requirements to be able to support Foreman/Lead Person in their job responsibilities.
- Responsible for ensuring weekly Toolbox talks are performed and gathering sign in sheets to be submitted to corporate.
- Review daily timesheets, production reports, pre-trip inspections, and driver behavior. Address issues as needed.
- Available to go to job sites (even after hrs.) for safety incidents (where required, take someone to get tested, treated, document the incident, collect information etc.) as needed.
- Available to bring materials, supplies, equipment, transport etc. as needed. (this requires a tow package, Lights, etc. as applicable).
- Meet inspectors, PEs, owners, Primes, vendors, verify quantities, quality, meet specs, etc. as required/needed.
- Must follow all company policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensure all employees under your supervision are aware of and follow company policies, procedures, and protocols. Hold employees accountable as required.
- Required to train employees in accordance with the passport program.
- Assist with the collection of project revenue receivables
- Assist and attend final project inspections. Secure and send final project documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifies potential project risks and develops proactive risk mitigation plans. Addresses issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize project productivity and deliver projects within budget.
- Develop project staffing plan and establish a project completion schedule.
- Any other duties assigned as needed.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- Must hold current First Aid, CPR, AED and Flagger certification
- Must hold current Traffic Control Technician certification
- Must hold current Forklift certification
- Maintain a current CDL
- Must successfully complete HIPPA and Ethics training
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years work experience with the company.
- Must meet the fleet policy driver eligibility requirements in order to be a company sanctioned driver
- Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)
- Satisfactory background check
- Available for on/call needs as requested
- The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations
