Spartan Management Group works as a consulting group for a rapidly growing network of Plumbing and HVAC businesses across the U.S. As we continue to expand, we are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team. While Spartan Management Group provides strategic consulting and operational support, we are deeply integrated with the businesses we work alongside to drive growth and excellence. We are looking for a Call Center Representative to support our customer service operations.
In general, those holding this position must be great on the phone with our customers, work well with the team, have analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly, efficiently, and professionally, ensuring they are scheduled for service or directed to the appropriate team member based on their needs
- Maintain accurate customer records, updating information as necessary
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and performance metrics
- Book service calls through a third-party vendor, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely follow-up
Requirements
- 1+ years of CRM software experience (Required)
- 1+ years of call center experience (Required)
- Ability to type 30-40 words per minute (Required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Active listening skills and strong phone etiquette
