Data Scientist

The position is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI‑driven solutions that enhance business decision‑making and operational efficiency. It builds scalable, enterprise‑grade systems leveraging generative AI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and agent‑based architectures. The role ensures seamless integration of AI solutions across platforms and data sources, while maintaining governance, performance, and reliability standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

• Design and develop generative AI and agent-based solutions, including RAG pipelines, LLM applications, and multi‑agent workflows.
• Build and enhance AI solutions aligned with enterprise innovation and transformation initiatives.
• Develop applications on centralized AI platforms (e.g., databricks-based environments) and integrate tools and data through APIs and gateways.
• Build, maintain, and optimize vector databases and retrieval systems for efficient information access.
• Lead prompt engineering activities and ensure effectiveness through systematic testing and evaluation.
• Implement LLM operations (LLMOps), including evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and monitoring of performance, usage, and costs.
• Develop and deploy use cases such as intelligent automation tools, AI‑powered insights platforms, and knowledge-based agents.
• Monitor and evaluate AI system performance and recommend enhancements for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of AI solutions with business processes.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and data management standards.
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve capabilities.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• You must have 3–6 years of experience in data science, AI, or machine learning roles.
• You must have strong programming skills in Python.
• You must have hands-on experience with LLM and GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
• You must have experience in RAG architectures, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
• You must have experience working with AI platforms, API integrations, and system architectures.
• You must have strong knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and LLMOps practices.
• You must have working knowledge of SQL and data processing techniques.
• You must have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• You must have excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• You must be capable of working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
• You must be proactive, detail‑oriented, and continuously learning emerging technologies.
• You may have experience in model fine‑tuning, multi‑agent orchestration, MLflow, or cloud-based AI certifications (an advantage).
