Responsibilities

• Support the daily food preparation and cooking for private villa operations.
• Deliver consistently high-quality dishes aligned with Aman culinary standards.
• Collaborate closely with butler to create seamless, personalized dining experiences.
• Ensure all food items are prepared, presented and stored in accordance with food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and readiness of villa kitchen areas.
• Assist in adapting menus to guest preferences and special dietary requirements.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure punctual service delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond with thoughtful solutions.
• Demonstrate adaptability when handling last-minute requests or changes.

Requirements

• A degree in Culinary.
• 1 year of experience at the similar position.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A creative, hands-on and detail-oriented mindset aligned with Aman values.
• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to address changing needs and assist with tailored guest requests.
