Good English-Speaking Skills
- Should be able to speak and understand English clearly and confidently.
Good Computer Knowledge
- Basic usage of computers.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
Work from Office – Bommasandra
- Mandatory to work from the Bommasandra office 5days a week.
- Comfortable with a regular day shift.
General Attributes
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good attitude, discipline, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
Additionally, Fluent in Hindi Language and knowledge of CRM is added advantage.
Indicative Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow up calls / Emails to customers
- Cold calling
- Basic data and documentation work.
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Coordinating with internal team members as required.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager relevant to the trainee role.
