As an In-Office Home Health LVN, you will play a key role in supporting our clinical staff through quality assurance, regulatory compliance, supply management, and administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance (QA) review of home health clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Assist with QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) activities.
- Track and manage fall reports, infection reports, and other quality initiatives.
- Order and maintain clinical supplies for field staff.
- Provide administrative and clinical support to RN Case Managers and the clinical team.
- Ensure documentation meets Medicare and agency standards, including PDGM requirements.
- Collaborate with clinicians and office staff to support efficient daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Home Health office.
Requirements
- Current Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
- Home Health experience is preferred.
- Homecare Homebase EMR experience is a PLUS!
- Working knowledge of Medicare Home Health regulations and PDGM.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with regular office hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
