Asset Finance Broker

As PCS Finance Group continues to grow, we’re looking to recruit an experienced Senior Asset Finance Broker to join our expanding team.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing brokerage at an early stage and play a key role in our journey. You’ll work directly alongside the three directors, helping shape the future of the business while becoming an integral part of our long-term growth plans.

 

This isn’t just another brokerage role. We’re looking for someone who wants to become a key part of building one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent asset finance brokerages.

 

We’re looking for someone with proven experience within Asset Finance who enjoys building long-term relationships and delivering excellent outcomes for customers and introducers alike. Ideally, you’ll already have an established network within the industry and be confident generating new opportunities, whilst also managing deals from enquiry through to payout.

 

What we’re looking for:

 

• Proven experience within Asset Finance.

 

• A strong sales background with a proven track record of consistently delivering results.

 

• A strong track record of writing profitable business.

 

• Confidence managing the full sales process from enquiry through to payout.

 

• An existing network of introducers and business contacts would be advantageous.

 

• A motivated, commercially minded individual who wants to help grow a business, not just work for one.

The role is based across Bristol & Bath, with regular meetings with customers, introducers and funding partners. We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting out in front of customers, building trusted relationships and becoming a key part of a close-knit, ambitious team.
