Description
Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational tech company in their search for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant based in Taguig, Cubao, or Mandaluyong.
Salary Range: Up to ₱140,000
Work Setup: Hybrid
Shift Schedule: Day/Mid Shift
Location: Taguig City, Cubao, or Mandaluyong
Your Responsibilities:

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Design, configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, catalogs, integrations, and platform enhancements.

Implement workflow automation and business process improvements using ServiceNow best practices and capabilities.

Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, development, testing, and deployment.

Perform unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support to ensure solution quality and stability.

Support platform releases, deployments, upgrades, and environment management activities.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and technical issues across development and production environments.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, and support teams to assess impacts, validate requirements, and recommend solutions.

Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, configuration records, and knowledge articles.

Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and ServiceNow best practices.

Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure successful end-to-end solution delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, development, or solution architecture.

Proven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within project-based or production support environments.

Experience in one or more ServiceNow product lines, including:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Security Operations (SecOps)
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP web services, and system integrations.

Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, platform upgrades, and production support.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery environments.

ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly preferred.
