Our solutions power some of the world’s largest networks, including tier-1 service providers and hyperscalers, enabling faster deployment, improved economics, and simplified operations.  The RoleWe are looking for a Data Center Tech Lead to join our Lab team in Ra’anana.This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, where you will take ownership of the data center operations, drive best practices, and lead complex infrastructure activities.You will play a key role in scaling our data center infrastructure, improving reliability, and bringing structure to day-to-day operations, while mentoring others and acting as a technical focal point for the team.You’ll report to the Lab Manager and work closely with Networking, IT, R&D, and Support teams.  What You’ll DoData Center Operations & OwnershipLead installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, network equipment, and cablingOwn rack & stack standards, cabling design, and data center organizationOversee power, cooling, and overall facility health, including capacity planning (space, power, cooling)Drive scalability and efficiency of lab and data center environmentsTroubleshooting & EscalationsAct as a technical escalation point for complex hardware and network issuesLead root cause analysis and drive long-term solutions to recurring problemsHandle critical incidents with high ownership in real-time, high-pressure scenariosWork closely with vendors on RMA processes and hardware lifecycle managementNetwork & Systems LeadershipLead deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure (routing, switching, VLANs)Provide guidance on L1–L3 troubleshooting in complex, high-scale environmentsOversee system provisioning, including Linux and virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, etc.)Ensure systems are secure and aligned with best practicesProcess, Standards & OptimizationDefine and enforce processes, SOPs, and operational standardsImprove documentation, rack diagrams, inventory tracking, and system visibilityDrive initiatives to reduce operational overhead and increase efficiencyIntroduce tools and automation where relevant to improve workflows 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Center environments, including ownership or leadership responsibilitiesCCNA or equivalent certification (higher certifications — advantage)Strong networking expertise (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing & switching)Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues across hardware and network layersExtensive experience with rack & stack, cabling standards, and physical infrastructure designExperience working in high-pressure, mission-critical environmentsAbility to lead tasks independently and drive them end-to-end Nice-to-HaveExperience with liquid cooling technologiesFamiliarity with Linux and virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V)Experience with DCIM tools, automation, or hybrid/cloud environmentsExperience working with large-scale labs, telco, or hyperscaler environments Who You AreNatural leader with a hands-on mindsetHighly proactive with strong ownershipStructured thinker who brings order to complex environmentsStrong communicator with attention to detailComfortable making decisions and leading in dynamic, sometimes chaotic environments  Why Join UsWork on cutting-edge infrastructure used by leading global providersTake a key role in shaping and scaling data center operationsBe part of a highly technical, impact-driven teamOpportunity to grow into broader technical or leadership rolesExposure to next-generation networking and AI infrastructure
