Description
Your Primary Responsibilities will include
Marketing information and CRM management
- Maintain and organize core marketing and pursuit content, including project descriptions, resumes, brochures, qualifications, and other collateral.
- Keep firmwide marketing data accurate, consistent, and up to date across systems and files.
- Update, audit, and manage CRM records to support business development, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to verify project, client, and qualifications information.
- Generate reports and help improve how marketing and pursuit information is tracked, maintained, and shared.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen data quality, simplify workflows, and improve information management processes.
- Coordinate client prequalification's and vendor registrations for public- and private-sector clients.
- Manage new and existing submission requirements, ensuring deadlines are met and materials are complete and accurate.
- Maintain supporting documentation and track renewals to support ongoing compliance.
- Work with technical staff, business partners, and client contacts to gather required information and resolve open items.
- Support proposals, statements of qualifications, RFQs, and RFPs by ensuring resumes, project information, and supporting materials are current and accurate.
- Contribute to team discussions around process improvement, pursuit readiness, and overall team effectiveness.
- Provide additional support to the Marketing Pursuits Team as needed.
- You consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities well.
- You take ownership of your work and follow through.
- You communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues at all levels.
- You proactively follow up, solve problems, and keep projects moving.
- You improve the quality, consistency, and usability of the team’s information over time.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience with CRM/data management, business development support, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, proofreading, editing, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, accountable, team-oriented work style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign.
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or another CRM platform.
- Experience supporting proposals, qualifications, or pursuit materials in the AEC, engineering, or professional services space.
