Technical Sales EngineerField-Based | Northern GermanyCompany Car - Bonus - OTE 100K+The OpportunityWe are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join a well-established international manufacturer of tooling solutions serving the sheet metal industry. This is a field-based role focused on developing existing accounts, winning new business, and providing technical solutions that help customers improve their manufacturing processes.This position offers a great opportunity for someone with a technical, engineering, or sales background who enjoys building customer relationships and working in a consultative sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSell press brake tooling, punching tools, and related accessories to sheet metal manufacturers across your territory.Secure tooling package opportunities linked to new machine installations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Identify customer challenges and provide technical solutions that add value.Maintain and update CRM records accurately.Monitor market activity and competitor developments.Continuously expand product and industry knowledge.Build a strong network within the sheet metal and machinery sectors.Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop territory growth plans and increase market share.About YouBackground in engineering, manufacturing, technical sales, or a related discipline.Experience within the sheet metal, fabrication, or metalworking sector would be highly advantageous.Fluent German is essential, with English language skills beneficial.Comfortable presenting, influencing, negotiating, and building long-term customer relationships.Self-motivated, organised, and commercially driven.Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.Able to work independently whilst contributing to wider sales objectives.What's on OfferCompetitive basic salary.Monthly commission structure.Annual bonus opportunity.Company car.Mobile phone and laptop.Company pension scheme.Opportunity to represent a respected international engineering business with a strong reputation in the manufacturing sector.ApplyIf you have a technical mindset, enjoy solving customer challenges, and want to build a successful career in technical sales within the manufacturing industry, we'd love to hear from you.
