The Role

As a Rural Graduate Valuer, you will work alongside experienced valuers, gaining practical experience across a diverse range of valuation assignments throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. You will be involved in property inspections, market research, valuation report preparation, rating valuation work, and exposure to a wide range of rural and lifestyle property types.

A key part of this opportunity is participation in Opteon's Graduate Development Programme, which has been designed to support graduates through the early stages of their valuation career and provide a structured pathway towards registration.

The Person

We are seeking bright, motivated and articulate candidates who are looking to work fulltime and establish a career with our business. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Current enrolment or recently completed a Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent
• Genuine interest in rural property
• Confident verbal communication and report writing skills
• A positive and professional manner
• High degree of computer proficiency
• Current Driver’s license
