THE JOB:

As a Kitchen Steward, your main job will be to keep the kitchen clean and tidy and help set up for functions. Your friendly smile and great service will help create a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Dish Duty: Load and unload soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware in the dishwasher, ensuring everything is clean and ready for dining!

• Spotless Spaces: Sweep and mop the kitchen floor, scrub walls and trashcans, and keep the kitchen and loading dock tidy and free of debris!

• Equipment Care: Dismantle and clean cooking equipment like stoves and grills, ensuring everything is in top shape for daily use!

• Set the Stage: Maintain the dining room’s cleanliness, set up banquet functions, and keep all guest areas stocked and ready for an amazing experience!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 18 years old

• Previous dish washer experience (preferred)

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$21.41

 

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

 

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
