Role Definition
Participates in ensuring compliance requirements for the Global Supply Chain are met and following processes and best practices. 

Responsibilities
•    Completing SOX financial reviews for ERP systems
•    Responding to audit inquiries for the Global Supply Chain
•    Supporting process improvements with finance, legal, and supply chain
•    Documenting process and creating training guides for all steps in process

•    Follows defined procedures to document all routine information.
•    Identifies relevant established standards, policies and practices.
•    Fulfills routine information capture needs in own area.
•    Uses automated tools to capture, organize and archive relevant information.
•    Cites examples of different types of relevant information that need to be captured.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Level Basic Understanding: 
•    Names specific tools or techniques that can be used to support the analytical thinking process.
•    Describes specific software applications or products used for business analytics.
•    Gives examples of how analytical thinking has been used to resolve problems.
•    Helps others research and learn more about business analytics tools and applications.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Level Working Knowledge: 
•    Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions.
•    Monitors client satisfaction levels on a regular basis.
•    Alerts own team to problems in client satisfaction.
•    Differentiates the roles and responsibilities in a business relationship.
•    Works with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.
