ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains productivity levels according to plant goals.
Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.
Properly reports labor
Gets drawings needed and cut parts without assistance
Operates a computerized back stop
Performs weekly maintenance on shear
Knowledge of gauges / types of metals
Reads blue prints as needed
Stores parts properly
Distinguishes between interior and exterior
Performs scribing and notching
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred
Read and write English
Knowledge of company safety policies
Able to read Tape measure
Prior Machine Operating experience REQUIRED
