What will you be doing here?

Negociar questões estratégicas e operacionais com os sindicatos.
Promover uma cultura de trabalho focada em respeito, equidade e escuta ativa, prevenindo conflitos e alinhando as práticas de relações do trabalho e aos valores da Natura.
Diagnosticar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar soluções criativas e inovadoras também através de IA para otimizar as relações do trabalho dos diferentes públicos internos.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Atender às solicitações das áreas de negócio e gerar propostas alinhadas aos processos de empresa que contribuam para as metas e objetivos operacionais.

Negociar questões estratégicas e operacionais com os sindicatos.

Promover uma cultura de trabalho focada em respeito, equidade e escuta ativa, prevenindo conflitos e alinhando as práticas aos valores da Natura.

Diagnosticar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar soluções criativas e inovadoras para otimizar as relações do trabalho dos diferentes públicos internos.

Antecipar riscos organizacionais e do ambiente de trabalho, propondo ações preventivas e de transformação organizacional alinhadas ao crescimento sustentável.

Monitorar e interpretar indicadores de inflação e mercado referente as negociações sindicais.
