Job Summary
- This position manages all incoming requests for Operations, determines the appropriate routing, handles all outward communication, processes all employee terminations, and manages all licensing for the company (individual and entity).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience in Inbox management.
- Experience in Salesforce
- Handle all employee terminations.
- Outward Operations communications.
- Assist with licensing – individual, and entity (including GH and TWG).
Experience and Education
- High school diploma.
- College degree or some college preferred.
- Experience working in a service or sales-related role preferred.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule For This Role
- Monday - Friday / 8 am-5 pm or 9 am-6 pm
