Job Description:

• Act as the primary on-site coordinator for SPL FSL warehouse operations
• Support service parts logistics, ensuring timely availability of critical spare parts
• Manage daily operations:
  • Inbound / outbound
  • Inventory control & cycle counts
  • RMA & scrap handling
• Ensure SLA compliance with urgent and time-critical shipments
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams (UPS SP, CCC), and field engineers
• Operate WMS (Splus) and support FSL systems across network
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs (accuracy, on-time delivery)
• Handle operational exceptions and drive resolution with domestic delivery vendors and all related parties

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Candidates with relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations will also be considered

• Solid understanding of warehouse and inventory operations
• Experience with WMS (preferred)
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication
