Overview
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences? The Grove Kitchen & Bar at Parrot Key Hotel & Villas is looking for a polished, guest-focused Server who takes pride in providing attentive, personalized hospitality. Nestled within our lush tropical resort, The Grove is our open-air restaurant where guests gather to enjoy fresh island-inspired cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and the relaxed elegance of Key West. As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences while delivering the warm, genuine service that defines Parrot Key. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or resort environment preferred (6 months to 1 year).
- Food Handler and/or Food & Beverage Service Worker Permit, where required by state or local regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and carry trays and restaurant equipment as needed.
- Must meet the minimum age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and local laws.
