Kitchen Director
At Chick-fil-A, our Kitchen Director is responsible for leading the heart of the restaurant, our kitchen. This leader drives operational excellence by ensuring outstanding food quality, food safety, speed of service, cleanliness, and team development. They build systems that create consistency, coach and develop leaders, and foster a culture of excellence where team members can thrive.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations with excellence and attention to detail.
- Ensure exceptional food quality, food safety, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop kitchen leaders and team members.
- Build and maintain effective systems for training, communication, positioning, and accountability.
- Partner with the leadership team to achieve operational goals and business objectives.
- Monitor kitchen performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, product rotation, waste reduction, and food cost management.
- Ensure all Chick-fil-A operational standards, recipes, and food safety procedures are consistently followed.
- Lead confidently through high-volume meal periods with urgency, composure, and clear communication.
- Foster a positive kitchen culture centered on teamwork, ownership, growth, and excellence.
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's values, policies, standards, and appearance expectations.
- Support overall restaurant operations and perform additional responsibilities as needed.
