Cash And Trade Proc Analyst 1 (Assistant Manager C09)

The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 (Assistant Manager C09) is an intermediate level role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth transactions of Cross Boarder Fund Transfer (CBFT) operations and prompt client service
• Airlines & Shipping lines file processing
• Ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place
• Proactively co-ordinate to close any gaps in process
• Ensure all Local Operating Manuals (LOMs) are properly followed and required changes/identified gaps are escalated and resolved
• Ensure timely review of LOM/Product Control Functional Checklist (PCFC) and other activity as applicable
• Partner in business value proposition to deepen client relationships
• Providing CBFT transaction related advisory support to customer after liaising with Product and RM
• Ensure timely reporting of CBFT transactions
• Ensure timely reporting as a feeder unit
• Participate in Sanity Test/UAT test for CBFT related product processor.
• Ensure knowledge sharing initiatives among the team members.
• Ensure coordination and completion of any project/assignment given by management/seniors.
• Ensure Audit deliverables on time (Internal Audit and Bangladesh Bank Audit).
• Ensure accurate and timely Corrective Action Plan (CAP) deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 7-8 years of relevant experience
• Banking Diploma
• Completion of Foundation Training with current bank

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
